Please give me a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment reservation. If you are unable to give me a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. If you "no show" (15 or more minutes late or don't show) for you appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service, using the card on file. Although I sympathize with illness and family emergencies, I cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted. If you arrive late, I can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service fee. Any appointment over 15 minutes late will be considered a no show, and the no show fee will apply. I value your time and hopefully this makes clear expectations.
